Getting Started

Karen and I taught a workshop yesterday about Literature Circles and Literacy Centers. During the workshop we all kept saying that we wished we could have a place to share ideas among each other through Blount County's website. Well, today I was still thinking how nice it would be to share ideas with other teachers in our county and I thought why not create a blog. Then if the school system wants a link to the blog that would be even better. I figure the more people that blog, the more ideas we will have.

If you don't know much about blogs, don't worry. They are easy to use. You just need the address - then you can save it to your favorites. Then you can just post comments, pics, etc. to share. I'm going to try and put some ideas, PowerPoints, pictures and more on the blog site to get it started.
